From 19 – 20 May at Fenton Manor Sports Complex in Stoke-on-Trent, judges will see one-pair and two-trios compete for the top honours.
The talented participants include:
- Lacey O’Neil and Bertie Thorpe, Grade 1
- Freya Johnson, Grace Miller and Lexie Banks, Grade 4
- Beth Giles, Claudia Ballinger and Saffron Ingham, IDP (International Development Pathway)
We have helped the club to buy state-of-the-art equipment to help the young gymnasts practice tumbling skills such as flicks and somersaults on a custom built surface.
Club owner, Emma Hunt says: “The girls have worked extremely over the past year to prepare their routines; this competition gives them a real opportunity to show off their acrobatic abilities and compete for a higher title representing the club and the West Midlands region”.
As financial advisors to many local businesses and sole traders – several of whom use this gym with their families – we are always keen to support the community that we serve.
The annual contest sees hundreds of gymnasts showcase their choreography, skills, strength and flexibility across a two-day battle for prestigious titles.
From all at Howards we would all like to wish the girls the very best of luck!
